REVIEW: Lakme Fruit Blast Facewash in Citrus Rain

I think one of the first skincare products that I kept experimenting with was facewash. I tried quite a few brands before I settled for Himalaya Neem Facewash since it was good for my combination skin.
Buying the Lakme facewash was an accident. I wanted a Ponds facewash which the store didn't have and he gave me this instead. It sounded interesting so I just bought it.

What the product claims:
Detox your face from the effects of grime and pollution with this rich creamy facewash with citrus extracts of mandarin and antioxidant Vitamin C, leaving your skin fresh and sparkling clean.

What I think:
When you squeeze out a bit onto your fingertips, the citrus odour really hits you. I love it!! I am a fan of citrusy odour because it is so fresh!!
You need very little of this product because it lathers really well. It has a creamy texture and has a pale orange colour.
Once rinsed off the odour lingers and you reall do feel like your skin is 'fresh and sparkling clean'.
I have combination skin and I have not had any issues of breakouts etc after using this product.
You can visibly see a difference in your skin after using this. It looks cleaner and maybe a bit more fair. I mean fair in terms of all dirt having been removed and not it terms of this product acting as a fairness facewash.

What I don't like:
Can't really think of anything I don't like

Price: 65INR for 50g. I think that is a decent price for facewash. It has lasted over 2 months for me but that could be because I alternate between this and my FASH facewash.

Would I buy it again:
Yes :)

Overall a nice product that is reasonably priced and lives upto its claims

miss kays :)
