Shopping for Designer Lehengas online at IndiaRush.

I can never understand why people, don't find Indian ethnic wear interesting. I mean look at the immense variety that we have from lehengas to saris to salwars. Then look at the different types Benarasi silk, Bhalagpuri, Bengal cotton, silk cotton, art silk, I could go on and on. You get what I am trying to say right?? We are absolutely spoilt for choice when it comes to our options in Indian outfits and is the perfect place to shop designer lehengas online.

I'm going to be sharing some of my favourite pieces from their lehenga collection because I feel like they have a lot of variety and many textures that you can play with.

Stun the crowd in Black

This was the first lehenga that caught my eye on the website. The contrast between the colours on the border and the black of the body is more than enough to make heads turn. With a chevron type of design, the gradation from purple to yellow, makes this a pretty unique bridesmaid dress for an evening reception, or for a cocktail party. Make sure you keep the makeup simple with a bright bold lipstick to complement this look.

Dreaming in Mint.

This particular lehenga would be perfect for the bride's or groom's sister. (I could totally picture my sister rocking something like this at my wedding). I think pastels is something that will never go out of fashion. The choice of colour might change and people might prefer pastel blues to pastel mint greens, but the subtle elegance that a pastel coloured elegance that a lehenga gives will never go away. The contrast dupatta and the gorgeous work on the body of the lehenga give it a rich look (while in reality this is a really affordable designer lehenga)

Be Royal in Emerald Green.

This lehenga will surely bring out the princess in you. Who would have thought that you could get such a beautiful lehenga online??  Don't wear this if you are the sister of the bride because then you may end up getting the proposals and well you certainly do not want to take away attention from the bride, do you! Pair this with a golden based eye makeup, thick winged eye liner and a rosy lip to bring out the glow.

Vision in white.

White lehengas are not super common. Well atleast I have not seen many white based ones while shopping online for lehengas, but this one is just stunning. The blue work really stands out and gives a contemporary feel to the entire outfit. I would have brunch party instead of a cocktail party just to wear this lehenga. Pair it with a blue smokey eye, yes a smokey eye for the day would totally work and a nude lipstick.

If all of these lehengas are a bit too OTT for you why not try something simple like this Art Silk one.

These are my favourite picks in lehengas from the IndiaRush, com collection. But don't think that they are a destination only for lehengas. They have very trendy designer salwar suits available and a very wide range of saris for all occasions.

Which of these looks is your favourite?
