Navrathri Day 7: Nail Art for the Bride

I thought it was time to kick things up a notch here, so I asked The Polish Yard if she could send me a nail art that a bride could wear for her muhurtham, and here is what she has come up with. I think it is absolutely stunning.

Red and gold - Don't they remind you of Indian Weddings?

Undoubtedly! This nail art completes the wedding look for a bride. You can also switch colors to fuchsia or indigo as per your wedding attire as this nail art is mostly embellishment-centric rather than colors.

Once you have the embellishments (I ordered the rhinestone wheels from and the half pearls are from a local craft store), its easy to work this design out!

To make the nail art last for a while, use Ciate's sequin glitter grip top coat. A normal top coat would also do, but since its going to be your big day and you would like everything to be just perfect, it is indeed not a bad idea to use a good glitter grip top coat to secure all your embellishments.

What do you guys think? We are waiting to hear your feedback.

Pssst... Here is a little secret. I know someone who may getting nail art done by The Polish Yard for her own wedding reception. You'll have to wait and see...
